Build Integrity

Build your practice on integrity, not sales. Sales never last. Integrity does. Client's interest should be protected first before thinking about self rewards. If you can do this, your business will grow beyond boundaries. It takes 3-5 years of quality work before the client's subconscious mind will treat you as an advisor with integrity. Once integrity is established, business comes at the speed of light.
