I am CA Vivek Jain, 45 years old, with 24 years of experience in the CA Profession. I started the insurance advisory with HDFC Life in 2002. My interest in investment advisory kept on growing and subsequenty, I added real estate, equity trading, FDs to increase my product offering to clients.

Interestingly, I never ventured into Mutual Funds for a long time. At the request of my existing clients and after a consistent push by few friends, I started Mutual Funds distribution business on April 4, 2018. My clients and friends supported me in expanding this business.

As a newcomer and with limited time available for this business,,I started my MF business online with the help of BSE. The online process has helped us a lot during Covid 19 pandemic. Each year I have doubled my AUM from 6cr in the first year to 14cr in the second and 30 cr at the end of the third year. My organisation’s SIP book values Rs 30 lacs. Currently, I am handling 200 clients with 1 back-office staff and 12 people for CA Profession. We gained the trust of clients and grown only by references and word of mouth. 

My company gives End to End services to the clients from investment till filing of returns. As an organisation, we are fully focused on clients needs. We provide financial knowledge and awareness to our existing and potential clients using different online popular platforms (Facebook, YouTube). We teach them for best and worst-case performance scenarios and handhold them during tough times. We believe in structured organisation to have long term association with clients. We are committed to providing honest and tax-efficient investment services to our client.


Our vision to reach 100 crores AUM by March 31, 2023 and Rs 1 crore SIP Book.
