This excel sheet will help you keep records of all your client discussions, action plan, important dates and reminders and other items. It will give you a total synopsis of a client each time you review their investments and pending works or plan for a meeting. For each client, make a different excel sheet and save it in “Çlient Folder.” This will also be a step towards compliance.
