Record breaking 741 SIPs in a single day

I am working as a financial adviser since 2012 and started selling mutual funds from April 2016. Earlier, I was working with Finance Dept., Government of Gujarat, as a Class 1 Account officer. I have taken VRS in July 2011 at the age of 43.

I have submitted 741 SIPs on 12/06/2018 (My son Anuj’s Birthday) to various AMCs. The total Amount of SIP is Rs.18,98,500/-. All SIPs are made for perpetual period. Through this exercise, I added 69 new families and 170 + new investors who invest first time in mutual fund. Total 300 + families have contributed to create a history. 647 SIPs submitted offline & 94 online. (NSE/NMF Platform)

This thought came to my mind when last year an Amravati based MF distributor had submitted 500 SIP in a single day. This thought got booster when another IFA has logged in 541 SIP on 2nd Apr’18. I started working to break this record on the same day. I started calling my clients, friends and relatives for SIP from very next day.

My wife Kavita is also working as a Financial Adviser since 1999. She started selling Mutual fund in 2005. We have combined AUM at Rs 42 Crore Plus including PMS. We have 60 lakhs plus combined SIP book and targeting 1 crore SIP book before Dec 2019.

We have a team of 7 people. Without the support of my wife and my team this landmark was not possible to achieve
