40 Lakhs SIP Book in One Year

I am a Chartered Accountant and CFA Charter Holder by profession. I was working with Anand Rathi Wealth Management where I learned a lot about private wealth management. I worked there for around two and half years and 31st March 2017 was my last day in office. Next day was my first day towards a dream which I had from last 2 years. As soon as I left my job I empanelled with Prudent Corporate and started working with them.

I redeemed all my personal investments to fund my business. I hired approx 8 of my friends which were working in different companies and divided them in various roles; 2 person in sales, 2 persons for cold calling and setting up meetings, 2 person in the backend and 1 person was completely working on the social media and 1 Person was working on income tax return filling. Within One week our website, Facebook page, linkedin page, twitter handle, Instagram page was up and running completely.

We created a value chain for customers where we were doing :-
1) Wealth Creation – Financial Planning & Investment planning
2) Wealth protection – Insurance Planning – Term plan, Mediclaim, Critical illness
3) Wealth Transmission – Will Writing, Power of attorney, Letter of guardnship
4) Accounting & Income Tax return Filling.

Client Really loved what we were doing because of few things :-
1) It was a one stop shop where all their financial needs were getting full filled
2) They were communicating with highly educated people
3) Prudent’s technology was superb which was doing lot of work on its own. On-boarding of clients was very simple. Transaction, reporting, review was all possible in one single page.

We all worked hard and were able to achieve 450 clients in one year and 40 lakhs sip book.

Our target is to achieve 1 Cr SIP book by end of this year end and 100 Cr AUM by March 2020.
