Nothing is permanent in life. The same is true with mutual fund advisory and distribution business also. The model will keep on changing. Remuneration will keep changing. IFAs must adapt to changes. It happens in all businesses. As far as you add value and keep clients happy, things should be alright. Regulations will always favor investors more than distributors. Get used to this. Be on the client side and you will get your rewards.
